Parchment paper: 7″ round of perforated paper

Ingredients

8 chicken drumsticks

2 tbsp. (30 ml) olive oil

1 tbsp. (15 ml) sesame oil

4 tbsp. (60 ml) low sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp. (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp. (30 ml) lime juice

2 tbsp. (30 ml) maple syrup

½ tsp. (2.5 ml) garlic powder

½ tsp. (2.5 ml) onion powder

¼ tsp. (1.25 ml) cayenne pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken until well blended. Add chicken drumsticks.

Coat chicken in the marinade.

Line the air fryer with Kana parchment paper.

Place chicken drumsticks on the rack, leaving space in between each.

*Fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

Flip and fry for another 10 minutes.

Remove drumsticks from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.

Note:  Do not preheat the air fryer. Also, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on the chicken when frying. Some air fryers get hotter than others so the cooking time may vary.

Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the drumsticks in two batches.
